9/11 twin towers
I remember exactly where I was when I heard the first plane had crashed into the twin towers in New York.
I left work early as I was on a training day, i walked towards the train station and people were gathered around the evening standard stand, as the crowd shuffled I saw the banner and posters of the first tower with smoke and flames pouring out of it, i hurried home and watched the news unfold.
